In 1945, at the conclusion of the Second World War, Lieut. Commander Douglas R Cooper acquired Albert Jagger Limited. The family ownership and responsibility have since been passed down through the generations, with the fourth generation actively involved in steering the company today. This continuity has played a vital role in preserving the company’s values and vision.

In 1949, Albert Jagger Engineering was established, marking a significant milestone in the company journey. It was here that we designed and patented the revolutionary Antiluce™ Fastener, a breakthrough product that set new standards in the industry. Global Expansion
As the years went by, Albert Jagger expanded its horizons beyond the borders of its home country. In 1972, Albert Jagger New Zealand was born, creating excellence in sheet metal engineering. Albert Jagger have also collaborated with some of the biggest suppliers in the world of components and fittings, including Bansbach, Trimark, Lago, and Kommerling, to leverage the expertise of other leaders, fostering growth and mutual success.
