How do I order?
When you decide to place an order, use any of the following options;

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. We use the WorldPay service for safe and hassle-free credit card transactions.
Deliveries
When is the last ‘next day delivery’ time?
Next day delivery applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday and orders placed before 2pm on Friday. This applies to in-stock items only. UK Mainland & Scotland, exclusions apply. Deliveries should arrive next day by 5:30pm. Unless premium services have been requested.
What are the delivery charges?
UK & Scotland; £11.50 or £13.50 for residential addresses for orders below £250. Carriage free for orders over £250. Ireland; £75.00 for orders under £750 plus Documentation Fees applicable to cover clearance charges. Carriage free for orders over £750. We ship to over 60 countries worldwide, charges differ for each region, to find out more on international delivery charges please contact our Export department at [email protected]
Can I track my order?
No, we do not currently offer this service to customers, but our Sales department can help on your behalf regarding any issues.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect from Head Office, Walsall at ‘Goods Inwards’. The goods will be held for 5 days.

Are all products on the website in stock?
Unfortunately our website does not state stock levels and therefore will not state which products are in stock or not. We will be more than happy to give you some advice, feel free to give us a call.
