Slam Locks
Discover Albert Jagger’s slam locks, perfect for a variety of different vehicles including trucks, trailers, buses, gensets, horseboxes and cabs. We have options for handle and no handle, locking and non-locking, and left hand and right hand, as well as a variety of finishes available. With such a vast range, we’re sure to have something ideal for you.
The majority of our commercial slam locks use a mild steel, however we also offer zinc die-cast options in our 060-0100 Series (left hand and right hand). For our Slam lock striker plate we use malleable iron, with high strength and ductility to easily endure machining.
Rod Locks
With both 2-point and 3-point locking options available, we supply vehicle rod locks for a huge variety of applications, including trucks, trailers, buses, gensets, horseboxes, cabs, and compartments.
These rod locks are available in both left-hand and right-hand options and are manufactured using a mild steel with zinc plated finish. We also offer a rod lock keeper for use with all of our 0770 rod locks.
Paddle Locks
Available in both locking and non-locking options, our vehicle paddle locks use a simple pull mechanism to allow an easy opening of your vehicle door. The direct actuation of the paddle lock means there’s no fussing around with rods or cables, making it a perfect solution for a variety of different applications including trucks, trailers, buses, gensets, horseboxes and cabs.
Of the locking choices available, we have options for keyed alike and keyed in pairs, allowing the user to choose their locking preference. Additionally, there are a variety of materials and finishes available, including zinc coated mild steel (pressed and solid), black powder coated mild steel, polished stainless steel, self-colour stainless steel, and even a black weatherproof finish with glass reinforced nylon.
Budget Locks
Albert Jagger’s budget locks for vehicles are ideal for a variety of applications including trucks, trailers, vans, access panels and buses. With a unique locking system which can be operated using handles, tee keys or tools, these are a great cost-effective solution for locking doors and panels when high security is not required.
Our budget locks are made using a mild steel and are available in an array of finishes, including zinc plated, malleable iron and zinc die-cast.
We also offer a budget lock striker plate, which are perfect for use with our budget locks.
Compression Latches
We offer a range of compression latches to the commercial vehicle industry, where the closing of the handle makes a compression action and pulls the door tight. They are designed to reduce noise and eliminate rattling caused by vibration. As well as this, they come supplied with a gasket to prevent water and dust ingress.
Our compression latches come in two ranges, 3805 and 3802 range with several locking options, non-locking, locking mixed keys and locking keyed alike. The range consists of different designs and grip ranges with chrome plated and black powder coated finishes.
