Running for a cause

A team at Albert Jagger limited recently participated in the Spring Wolf Run 10k challenge to raise money for Acorn’s Children’s Hospice. The Wolf Run is a 10k obstacle course designed to test participants both physically and mentally. The event took place in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside and included a variety of obstacles such as mud pits, water slides and crawling tunnels.

The team was made up of employees from various departments, each of whom was committed to completing the challenge and raising an impressive £1,257 for Acorns Children’s Hospice.

Acorns Children’s Hospice is a charity that provides care and support to children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, as well as their families. The charity relies heavily on donations and fundraising events like these to continue providing their vital services.

The course was tough, but the team supported each other every step of the way, cheering each other on and helping each other over the obstacles. Participating in events like the Spring Wolf Run 10k not only raises money for important charities, but it also promotes team building and strengthens the bond between colleagues.

Albert Jagger is committed to supporting their local community and giving back whenever possible. The company encourages it employees to get involved in charitable activities and hopes to participate in similar events in the future.

Congratulations to the team and everyone involved.
