The project went into New Product Introduction (NPI), driven by engineering expertise and a dedication to precision and quality. Each phase followed Albert Jagger’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards, ensuring consistency and durability across all subframes.

• Work order and material verification
• Controlled welding setup
• Precision assembly using master sample for consistency
• TAC welding and final welding
• Plate placement and final quality inspection
The result was a high-performing, British-made subframe that met Alltruck’s safety and durability requirements, delivered on time and now successfully installed in the first fleet of custom vehicles.
