Lincoln Commercial Bodies Ltd. (LCB) produce approximately 120 vehicles a month, from 3.5-ton Luton box vans to 26 feet curtain siders. Luton box vans use GRP panels, however due to current supply chain disruption, availability, price, and lead times were compromised. Omnia panels are lightweight, composite, sandwich panels, and a readily available alternative for LCB but required a different solution for the construction process.
