Newsletter Update - September 2020

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Albert Jagger has focused on business continuity and customer demand. We would like to thank all our suppliers and customers for their continued support, without them we wouldn’t be thriving during these times. Our engineering facilities are currently working around the clock to fulfil our ever-growing orderbook following the re-shoring of even more products from China!

Whilst it’s great to be back, we have taken numerous measures to ensure the safety of our staff. Keeping in line with Government guidelines we have increased the cleaning of our facilities and introduced social distancing procedures including one-way systems and safety screens between desks.

We’re keeping staff in the office to a minimum to maintain social distancing, but we are doing our utmost to provide everyone with the best service we can. Please be mindful that response times may increase.

It has been bought to our attention that we made an error on our sideguard listing, which has now been amended. We are grateful for others free time to crawl our website for errors whilst we’re busy supplying the industry.

Please Note; Visitors to Head Office will need an agreed appointment and require a temperate check upon entry. Anyone displaying a temperature of 38 degrees and above will be asked to leave site and contact NHS Direct for further advice. Our Trade Counter is currently closed to the general public with service by appointment only. We understand the impact this may have, but we trust you will support us in this decision during these times.
