Following a NPS (Net Promotor Score) survey, Albert Jagger reviewed customer feedback and as a result have improved and redesigned the website. Reviewing how customers use our website has allowed us to make the customer journey easier and more enjoyable. Along with a new look, you can now easily explore our new, user-friendly website.

By streamlining the website, product categories are now easier to browse with recategorization to consider all industry sectors. A drop-down menu allows users to navigate between categories faster with access from anywhere on the website.
We understand that time is precious, so we have focused on ways to make it quicker for you to find products. Filtration allows quick product selection within a category reducing time spent looking for products.
We have worked on attention to detail… We have improved our product descriptions and specifications. The new product page design means you can now view more product information, more easily.
