What is the Centaflex Continous Hinge?
An innovative concept in hinge design. Centaflex™ is a stylish, one-piece, continuous hinge, developed taking full advantage of the latest advances in new materials and manufacturing technology.
Manufactured with lightweight, flexible PVC, Centaflex™ is weatherproof and corrosion resistant. With easy fixing, the hinge features an interlocking low exterior profile with a concealed fixing.
During the manufacturing process, co-extruded rigid PVC profiles are fused together with the molten hinge membrane. Combining the high strength of engineering resins resulted in an extremely strong and resilient hinge with excellent flex-life at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 50°C (-40°F to 122°F).

Two different profile ranges, 24mm and 34mm, consisting of 3 different lengths:
2231/020 – 2000 x 24mm
2231/025 – 2500 x 24mm
2231/030 – 3000 x 24mm
2231/120 – 2000 x 34mm
2231/125 – 2500 x 34mm
2231/130 – 3000 x 34mm
