Albert Jagger complete Sales office refurbishment

Albert Jagger have recently completed the refurbishment of our Sales Office. The project, which began in June this year, consisted of a complete redesign to allow for improved internal communications across various departments.

Work included the complete strip out of three offices to create one larger working space, including new flooring, furniture, work spaces and hot desks. Phase 2 of the project has just started and will see new offices for the Board Directors completed by the end of the year. There are further plans in place for the main reception area to be fully refurbished which is due for competition in the new year.

The recent internal changes reflect the ambitious plan to develop a single 'Commercial Team'. Following extensive internal discussions and consultations involving all members of staff involved it was decided to merge a number of departments such as the Internal & External Sales, the Export department, the whole of the Supply Chain and our Quality Assurance department into a single 'unified' department.

The merging of numerous departments will result in improved internal communication and influence faster decisions between all team members and ultimately achieve a primary company objective - that of improving service levels to
our broad customer base.

The recent restructure reflects the new corporate strategy which was set out early 2017 with ambitious plans to improve all areas of the business.

Following a very successful 2017, with numerous financial records achieved, Albert Jagger are heading in the right direction to achieving even better growth during 2018.
