A collaborative approach
Managing the whole design to delivery process in-house, Pinet’s team of design engineers utilise the latest in CAD software and 3D rapid prototyping to evaluate design integrity. All products are then exposed to extensive testing within the research and development department where load ratings and corrosion resistance are tested within their own environmental climate chamber.
They also boast of state of the art production facilities supported by an integrated tooling workshop which enables them to independently design and create plant equipment whilst controlling the whole quality process. Working with sheet steel up to 6mm they can manufacture products in stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in various finishes.
